Baptism and Family Dedication

“And this water symbolizes baptism that now saves you also—not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God. It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ.”

1 Peter 3:21 (NIV)

Baptism

A man is sitting in a baptism pool, smiling, as water is poured over his head during a baptism ceremony. Two women are assisting him, one holding his arm and the other touching his head. The scene takes place indoors with a dark background.

What is Baptism?

Like a wedding band, baptism is simply an external representation of an internal reality. Baptism is telling your family, community, and the world that you've said "YES!" to Jesus. Being baptized is our response to Jesus' commandment in Matthew 28:18-20. Take your next step of baptism!

Our November 2025 classes are currently at capacity. Check back soon for upcoming dates.

Family Dedication

A smiling woman with long brown hair wearing a denim jacket, holding a happy baby dressed in a striped shirt and mustard-colored pants, standing next to a smiling man with dark hair and beard wearing a gray button-up shirt, against a plain gray background.

What is Family Dedication?

Have a baby or small child? Our Family Dedication is a service where parents make a public commitment to raise their child according to the ways of God. It's not an act of salvation but rather a blessing over the family. It's also an opportunity for our church family to come along side you during this special time.
