Updates

Thursday, October 15

Bayview Glen has transitioned to Rock, our new church management platform! Rock brings together our church’s digital experience (including online profiles, event registrations, giving, check-ins, and more), replacing the tools we’ve been using through Planning Center and Church Center.

Accessing Your Rock Account

• Select Sign In in the top-right corner of our website.

• Log in using the email address we have on file for you.

• If you have saved Church Center links, please disregard them. Use our website and future communications for updated Rock links.

Recurring Donors: Action Required by October 31

Thank you for your faithful generosity! Your recurring giving payment information has not transferred automatically from Church Center to Rock. To continue your recurring gift, please update your payment information by October 31 using the personalized link emailed to you on October 15.

How to Update Your Recurring Gift

1. Find the email we sent you on October 15.

2. Select Update Recurring Gift in that email. Your personalized link will take you directly to the update page.

3. Review your existing recurring gift amount. You can adjust the amount if you wish.

4. Enter your payment details, then select Update Recurring Donation.

Once you complete the update, your previous recurring gift through Church Center will be automatically discontinued. You do not need to cancel it yourself.

If you’ve already completed these steps, thank you!

For assistance, or if you cannot find your personalized email, contact accounting@bayviewglen.org.
