Youth Discipleship Director/Pastor (Full Time)

We’re looking for a passionate, relational leader to serve as our Bayview Youth Discipleship Director/Pastor. Someone who loves Jesus, loves students, and is excited to build a thriving, Christ-centered youth ministry. This role provides vision and leadership for all Bayview Youth environments, while cultivating a culture of excellence by recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers and staff.

Working closely with our Family Pastor, this person will champion the spiritual formation of youth and partner with parents as the primary spiritual leaders in their homes. This is a full-time, salaried role that includes Sundays, some evenings, and a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Care & Missions Coordinator (Part Time - Contract)

We’re looking for a relational, organized, and mission-minded individual to join our team as the Care and Missions Coordinator. This role supports the vision of Care and Missions at Bayview Glen Church by helping coordinate and administer initiatives that reflect the love and truth of Jesus, both locally through practical care and volunteer support, and globally through partnerships with our mission partners.

Working closely with the Care and Missions Pastor, this person will help the church serve neighbours and nations with excellence, compassion, and intentionality.

Facilities Assistant (Part Time)

We’re looking for a dependable and hands-on Facilities Assistant to support the ongoing care of our building and property. Working alongside the Facilities Director, this part-time role helps ensure our spaces are clean, functional, secure, and well cared for. The Facilities Assistant will also supervise the facility during rental events, helping create a safe and welcoming environment for all who use our space.
