Interim Connect Director (20 Hours)
Bayview Glen Church is seeking a relational, mission-driven individual to provide leadership and continuity for our Connect ministry during a parental leave. This interim role oversees the Sunday Connect experience, helping ensure every person, from first-time guest to long-time attender, feels welcomed, valued, and invited into deeper connection and discipleship.
The Interim Connect Director leads and equips SERVE teams, supports key coordinators, and partners closely with staff to maintain a consistent, Christ-centred Sunday experience aligned with our values of Jesus First, Better Together, and God Gets Our Best.

Interim Connect Coordinator (10 Hours)
Bayview Glen Church is seeking a highly organized and relational individual to support our Connect ministry during a parental leave. This role plays a key part in helping SERVE teams thrive by ensuring clear onboarding, effective scheduling, and consistent communication.
Working closely with the Connect Director and SERVE leaders, the Interim Connect Coordinator helps create an experience where SERVE Team members feel supported, confident, and equipped to SERVE Better Together—so our Sunday environments remain warm, organized, and welcoming.

Interim Hospitality Coordinator (10 Hours)
Bayview Glen Church is seeking a warm, organized individual to help create Sunday mornings and key events that reflect our value that Everybody’s Somebody.
This role oversees hospitality environments—from food and beverage service to SERVE Team coordination—ensuring spaces are welcoming, well-prepared, and marked by excellence and care. Working closely with the Connect Director and Connect Coordinator, the Hospitality Coordinator equips volunteers to SERVE with confidence and joy, helping every person who walks through our doors feel genuinely welcomed and valued.
