Alpha Ministry Coordinator (Part-Time)
At Bayview Glen, Alpha is a welcoming space where people can explore life, faith, and Jesus through meaningful conversation, hospitality, and community. We’re looking for a relational, organized, and ministry-minded Alpha Ministry Coordinator who has a heart for helping people encounter Jesus and making sure every guest feels at home.
Reporting to the Alpha Director, the Coordinator will lead the behind-the-scenes work of our three Alpha seasons each year, from weekly sessions and Weekend Away retreats to equipping and encouraging a SERVE Team of 50+ volunteers. If you have a growing faith, a love for hospitality, and a gift for bringing people and details together, we’d love to hear from you.

Care Pastor (Full-Time)
The Care Pastor provides vision, leadership, and pastoral oversight for Bayview Glen Church’s Care ministry, cultivating a church culture where people are spiritually nurtured, prayerfully supported, and compassionately cared for through every season of life.
This role is responsible for developing and strengthening key areas of Care Ministry, including the Community Care Team, prayer ministry, counselling pathways, and spiritual care initiatives that foster healing, discipleship, and deeper connection to Christ and His church.

Interim Kids Pastor/Director (Temp Full-Time)
We’re looking for a spiritually mature, relational, and experienced ministry leader to serve as our Interim Kids Pastor/Director, providing care and direction for Bayview Kids (birth to Grade 5).
Reporting to the Family Pastor, this leader will oversee the day-to-day life of Bayview Kids, from Sunday mornings and special services to curriculum and child safety, while supporting staff, equipping SERVE Teams, and encouraging parents as the primary spiritual leaders in their homes. If you have a heart for kids and families and the experience to step into an established ministry with steadiness and care, we’d love to hear from you.
