Campus and Leadership Development

  • Bayview Glen Church is seeking a driven, organized, and relational spiritual leader to serve as Campus Pastor for our next campus location.

    This leader will inspire and mobilize people to live out our mission: We work together so everyone, everywhere experiences God’s love and our created purpose in Jesus.

    The Campus Pastor will provide spiritual, strategic, and operational leadership for the campus and ensure alignment with Bayview Glen Church’s vision, mission, and ministry model. This is a full-time role that includes evenings and weekends, with a competitive compensation and extended benefits package.

  • Bayview Glen Church is looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to serve as our SERVE Coordinator. This part-time role oversees the SERVE onboarding process, helps build training that strengthens our SERVE culture, and offers support in the Next Steps Centre on Sundays.

    Working closely with our Campus and Leadership Development Pastor and SERVE Team Members, the SERVE Coordinator ensures every new SERVE team member feels welcomed, equipped, and set up for success—through clear onboarding, timely communication, and well-organized systems.

Discipleship

  • The Discipleship Coordinator provides essential administrative and organizational support for the church’s discipleship initiatives. This role ensures smooth coordination, communication, and event planning to enhance spiritual growth and leadership development within the congregation.  The role also assists with growth initiatives, such as multi-site development.

    This role includes weekday in-office hours with occasional weekend commitments.

  • This role works directly with the Executive Pastor and other Department Heads to implement the church’s mission and vision. They are responsible for managing ministries directly related to Discipleship, namely Groups, Family Ministry, and Connect Teams.  

    The Groups Pastor will oversee the development, implementation, and growth of the Life Groups ministry and related discipleship pathways within the church community. This role involves providing leadership, support, and pastoral care to Life Group coaches, leaders and members, fostering a sense of community and spiritual growth within the Life Group setting.

Operations

  • The Care Pastor provides vision, leadership, and pastoral oversight for Bayview Glen Church’s Care ministry, cultivating a church culture where people are spiritually nurtured, prayerfully supported, and compassionately cared for through every season of life.

    This role is responsible for developing and strengthening key areas of Care Ministry, including the Community Care Team, prayer ministry, counselling pathways, and spiritual care initiatives that foster healing, discipleship, and deeper connection to Christ and His church.

Weekend Experience

  • Bayview Glen Church is seeking a part-time Production Lead to support the planning, coordination, and execution of weekend services. This role helps ensure our production environments run smoothly, with excellence and care.

    The Production Lead works alongside the Production Director to lead and support the production SERVE Team and contractors, oversee weekend production execution, and contribute to the ongoing care and development of our production systems. This role calls for strong live production knowledge, a calm and solution-oriented approach, and a heart for developing people and creating excellent worship environments.
