Youth Discipleship Director/Pastor (Full Time)

We’re looking for a passionate, relational leader to serve as our Bayview Youth Discipleship Director/Pastor. Someone who loves Jesus, loves students, and is excited to build a thriving, Christ-centered youth ministry. This role provides vision and leadership for all Bayview Youth environments, while cultivating a culture of excellence by recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers and staff.

Working closely with our Family Pastor, this person will champion the spiritual formation of youth and partner with parents as the primary spiritual leaders in their homes. This is a full-time, salaried role that includes Sundays, some evenings, and a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Pastoral Residency Program (Starting Sept 2026 - 10 Months)

At Bayview Glen Church, we believe in raising pastoral leaders and equipping them to serve with wisdom, passion, and purpose. If you feel a call to vocational ministry and want hands-on experience in a dynamic, Christ-centered church, our Pastoral Residency Program could be your next step.

This 10-month program is designed for those exploring pastoral ministry, offering mentorship, leadership development, and real-world ministry experience.

As a resident, you’ll be paired with a ministry mentor, serve in key leadership roles, and gain a holistic understanding of what it means to shepherd a church. Through hands-on training, staff collaboration, and guided learning, you'll develop the skills and confidence needed to pursue your God-given calling.
