Bayview Kids Coordinator (Part-Time)

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about creating spaces where kids can encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and experience a loving, safe, and engaging community through Bayview Kids.

As the Bayview Kids Coordinator, you’ll help plan and run Sunday programs, support and equip Bayview Kids SERVE Team volunteers, and organize special events like camps, family nights, Good Friday, and Christmas Eve services. You’ll work closely with the Kids Director and the Family Ministries team to ensure every Bayview Kids environment runs smoothly and helps point children toward Jesus.

Admin Assistant (Part-Time - Leave Coverage)

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about keeping ministries running smoothly and creating an environment where staff and volunteers can thrive.

As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Director of Operations, the Central Operations Team, and ministry staff to manage databases, coordinate resources, and keep communications flowing seamlessly. You’ll be an essential part of the team behind the scenes, helping Bayview Glen Church focus on serving the community and pointing people toward Jesus. If you enjoy organizing, supporting others, and making an impact through your attention to detail, this role offers the chance to use your gifts to strengthen ministry and serve the church family.

Worship Coordinator (Part-Time)

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about helping people connect with Jesus through worship, and creating an environment where musicians and volunteers can grow in skill and faith.

As the Worship Coordinator, you’ll support the Worship Pastor in equipping and shepherding our worship teams, scheduling and preparing musicians and vocalists, and helping create Sunday services that are musically excellent, Spirit-led, and welcoming for our congregation. You’ll also have opportunities to lead worship yourself, while ensuring every volunteer feels equipped, supported, and empowered. If you love organizing, leading teams, and fostering an environment where worship flourishes, this could be the role for you!
