Life Group Leaders (LG Leaders) are integral to building meaningful community within the church and helping others grow in Jesus. They are ready to share life, follow where God is leading, and put Jesus First as they grow in community together.

LG Leaders recognize they are 'works-in-progress' and are open to learning alongside their LG members. All you need to be is authentic, spiritually maturing, and teachable!

As we seek to Go Deep in our faith and Go Lead others toward Jesus, Life Group Leaders help create spaces where people can grow, belong, and take their next step.

Maybe this season, your next step is to help lead others on that journey. Whether you’re ready to host or guide a group, or you’re simply curious about what leadership could look like, reach out to Min-Soo Kang at minsook@bayviewglen.org.
