Today’s teens are bombarded with noise, pressure, and mixed messages. But beneath it all, they’re longing for something real: truth, purpose, and belonging.

Alpha Youth creates space for honest conversations about life and faith, all in a relaxed, welcoming environment. It starts with games, food, and fun and opens the door to curiosity and connection.

We’re looking for leaders who will listen, show up, and walk alongside students as they explore big questions about God and life. You don’t need all the answers—just a heart to be present.
